rules:
WHAT TO DO:

1. Play Nice
   The tirex community has all sorts of different people and everyone has the right to feel comfortable, just as you do. Be polite and respectful in interactions with other users.
   Moderate your content
   You need to take responsibility for ensuring that what you upload is appropriate for other users of tirex. We are a site that is comprised all types of people. That means that if it's not something you'd like your 12 year old daughter/brother/sister/niece/nephew/boy on the street to see, it probably isn't a good idea to upload it.
   If your judgement is poor, we will delete the content in question and flag your account for future uploads.

WHAT NOT TO DO'S:

1. In most cases, we will send you a warning before banning your account for doing something against the rules. However, if you continue to break the rules, your account will be banned.
   
   
   Don't forget the children
   Take a moment when uploading to filter your content responsibly. If you would hesitate to show this picture to your brother/sister/mom/dad/etc that means you probably shouldn't upload it. Ask yourself that question before you upload it.
   Don't upload illegal stuff
   Don't upload anything that could be considered illegal. If you do, we'll have to take the appropriate action, which can even include calling the authorities in your area.
   Don't vent your frustrations on other members tirex is not here for you to harass, abuse, impersonate or intimidate others. If we get a valid complaint about how you are acting, we'll send you a warning or ban your account.
   Don't be creepy
   You know the guy. Don't be that guy.
   In Conclusion
   These guidelines are here to make sure that everyone in the community has the experience they are looking for. It's important to understand the important of moderating your own content, and respecting the rights of other users.

Job findings:

1. we need: 1 admin. 5 or 10 mods. 10 newbie helpers.
   requirements for 2nd admin: you must be 11+ cause im not having people who just entered tween hood be admins.
   requirements for mods: 10+ i sort of knew this would be fair.
   requirements for newbie helpers: 13+ would like to have older one's to talk to the newbies or same aged people.(hay guess what! i may be popping up in posts too!)

explation for tirex:
tirex is the sister site to abat and is hafly based off of alice in wonderland and a fraction of imagination. but its like roleplaying with a normal forum touch behind The world of Tirex.so we welcome you to the air docking.
